Food Tkemali is an indispensable part of Georgian cuisine. The sauce is made from cooked cherry plums and with various spices (e.g. coriander, dill, garlic or pepperoni). As the main component, both the tires and the immature fruits can be used, which then leads to a red or green sauce. Tkemali is very often served as a cold sauce with potatoes or meat dishes. Shake well before use. Store in the refrigerator after opening.
